Saoirse Delaney advises acquirers and sellers on cross-border transactions in industrial, consumer, and business services sectors, most often where the target operates in three or more jurisdictions and the diligence has produced more questions than the timetable allows.
Her practice extends past completion. She spends a substantial part of each year on post-closing integration — works council consultation, benefit harmonization, and the unglamorous employment mechanics that determine whether the acquired business still functions in month four.
She joined the London office in 2013 from the firm's New York office, where she began her career, and was made a partner in 2019.
