Marcus Feld advises technology and industrial clients on data protection, export controls, and the overlapping regimes that govern where information and equipment may lawfully travel.
His practice grew out of investigations work: he was repeatedly asked, at the end of a matter, what the company should have had in place, and eventually concluded that answering the question in advance was the more useful service.
He joined the firm in 2016 and was appointed counsel in 2022. He maintains the firm's internal reference on cross-border transfer mechanisms, updated quarterly.
