Marlowe & Sterling Asia LLP14 Marlin Quay, #22-01Singapore 049320Singapore
Singapore opened in 2011 after four years in which the firm's Asian arbitration caseload was run, unsatisfactorily, from London. Seventeen lawyers practice here.
The office concentrates on international arbitration, fund formation for managers raising capital across Asia, and the contractual and regulatory work that surrounds large infrastructure and energy projects in the region. It is the firm's smallest office and its fastest growing, having added six lawyers in the past two years.
Marlin Quay is a fifteen-minute walk from Maxwell Chambers, where most of the office's hearings are held.
Practices here
Litigation and international arbitration in matters where the outcome changes the business.
Fund formation, secondaries, and regulatory counsel for managers and institutional investors.
Development, investment, and financing across logistics, data centers, and energy assets.
Acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and the governance that has to survive them.
